South Indian Pancake Premix (Uttappam Premix)

Ingredients:

South Indian Pancake Mix:     1 Packet (250 g)

Chopped onion:                    Half Cup

Capsicum:                               Half Cup

Tomato:                                   One fourth Cup

Coriander Leaves:                   Few Sprigs

Grated Carrot:                        1 Tablespoon

Green Chili:                             Around two to three chilies (slit into half)

Salt:                                        1 Pinch (To Taste)

Edible Oil:                               1 Tablespoon

Water:                                     Little more than three Tea Cups

How do you make Yummy Uttappams?
1. Take a bowl and add the South Indian Pancake Mix and salt in it. Add water and mix well to avoid lump formation.

2. Heat a non-stick pan and spread some oil on it.

3. Take the entire batter with a ladle and spread it on the pan.

4. Add the chopped vegetables like onion, capsicum, tomato, coriander and grated carrots.

5. Add Green Chili according to taste.

6. Cook the Uttappa on medium flame until it turns brown.

7. Serve hot. Enjoy!
