Green Gram Breakfast Mix (Moong Daliya Mix)

Our Green Gram Breakfast Mix is rich in protein and tasty too! You can make it more tasty by adding veggies and herbs of your choice! Simple to make and great to eat, our humble Moong Daliya has all the goodness you need!

What do you need to prepare Moong Daliya?
Ingredients

Edible Oil: 4 Tablespoons

Mustard Seeds: 1 Teaspoon

Cumin Seeds: 1 Teaspoon

Asafoetida: 1/2 Teaspoon

Turmeric Pd.: 1/2 Teaspoon

Green Chili: 2 slit into halves

Curry Leaves: 1 compound leaf

Red/ Yellow Capsicum chopped: ½ cup

Onion chopped: 1 small

Tomatoes chopped: 1 small

Green Gram Breakfast Mix: 1 Packet (250 g)

Coriander Leaves: Few sprigs

Salt: 1 Teaspoon (To Taste)

Water: 3 Cups

How to prepare Moong Daliya?
1. Heat oil in a Kadhai over medium heat. Keep ¾ cup water for boiling in another vessel.

2. Add the Curry Leaves and then add the vegetables, sauté for a few minutes until the

vegetables are lightly cooked.

3. Add Green Gram Breakfast Mix Pack and mix well.

4. Pour in hot water to cover the ingredients and stir.

5. Cover the Kadhai and cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

6. Once Moong Daliya is cooked, remove from heat, add chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
